It’s a phrase with a seven note figure which is repeated on each string descending from the high e to the low E. The last tone of a figure is on another string, just hammer on it and it’s working.

A repeating pattern. Pick the very first note and then only hammer-ons and pull-offs. Mute the strings (high-e and g-string) with your right hand.
