-Example A:
It is an arpeggio of Cmaj7 in two positions.
Use the idea to practice with other arpeggios.
-Example B:
This example is an atonal arpeggio, that this formed by four triads augmented.
C+, B+, Bb+, A+
This arpeggio contains the 12 notes of the chromatic scale but ordered by thirds.
Remember to practice very slowly to make sure that it gets a good sound.
